Meet Your Coach

Hey :) I’m Baylee Summer, and I’ve helped ethical horse trainers generate over $1.5 million in earnings and become highly profitable for the first time.

It all started when I was teeny tiny. I’ve been horse-obsessed since the beginning–which became obvious when I read two horse encyclopedias several times over by the tender age of 8; and worked multiple jobs well before high school so I could finally afford a horse of my own.

Deep empathy and treating horses with compassion were a natural result of my sensitive spirit.

I quickly became enamored with bridleless riding and liberty work, the only ethical approaches to training that I knew about at the time.

I couldn’t imagine a life outside training horses, so I earned a degree in Applied Science for Equine Management, after which I participated in a capstone internship with a popular, successful reined cowhorse trainer…

And it absolutely crushed me.

I witnessed and experienced violent abuse; which I learned has been standard in the horse industry for time untold. While the experience was beyond horrific, it did give me this: a burning passion for the ethical treatment of horses.

I was driven to study gentle, effective, science-based practices. I put them to the test… and got beautiful results. I shared my successes online, and eventually had a waitlist of clients hoping to send horses to me.

I was also noticed for the social media posts I was sharing by Mustang Maddy, a top trainer in the industry.

That’s when everything changed.

I was hired by Maddy, who put me through one of the most highly sought after business programs on the market. I took over social media, marketing, sales, and business strategy–and increased previous sales records by 10x for multiple different offers.

I went on to help my clients generate over $1.5 million in earnings through online courses, coaching, hands-on training, live events, and product sales–skyrocketing profits… resulting in the trainers having time off, rest, and the ability to invest in their futures.
